Rent Dream Condo is a WordPress site that’s used to rent out the Gianone’s dream Mexico condo. The site includes a cool booking feature and one of my favorite photo album plugins to display the beautiful getaway spot.

Features

Booking: This site uses a booking program that allows you to rent out multiple properties. The application keeps track of when properties have been rented out and who’s paid or partially paid. Post the calendar online so people can see availability prior to asking.
Featured Story Plugin: The slider in the home page.
Gallery: NextGen Gallery is great for displaying your photos. An impressive slide show option also available.

Arlington Towne Square

Shopping center owners of Arlington Towne Square wanted a website to feature its stores. They also use the site to lure potential tenants to research the Square’s popularity and available vacant units. Each tenant has their own page highlighting store hours and contact information.

Features
Customized WordPress Template that allows user to input information and display information in a clear and consistent fashion.
RSS feeds that pull local news and events.
Javascript directory page that hightlights tenant locations.
Interactive directions page that pulls from Google maps.

Bryan Harden (owner of Massage Matters Chicago) is a nationally certified, state licensed massage therapist who received his training from The Soma Institute in Chicago, Illinois. Along with his degree in clinical massage, Bryan is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, the nationally recognized organization for massage therapists.

I love how you designed my website from a business card. You did a great job of making my concepts and ideas come to life.

ADVERTIES is a custom necktie manufacturer looking for a creative way to display its original artwork as well as provide an easy-to-understand site that shows product information clearly and concisely.

Brian told me that WordPress was great for search engines, but like anything, I had to see it to believe it. Less than one week after Brian redesigned the site, ADVERTIES was ranked fourth in my main keyword search in Google! That alone was worth the price.

We’re in a highly specialized marketing niche. Graphic design is very important to me and my clients. After Brian had a fact-finding meeting with me, I feel like he nailed the look I was looking for on his first time.

WordPress: While WordPress was meant as a blogging platform, it also makes a great CMS (Content Management System) for static websites. In this example, this user only needs modified pricing information annually. WordPress gives the end user the flexiblity to adjust pricing, text, and pictures at will.
Mouse Over Header: Header uses css coding to make the site feel interactive. Using css is makes a huge difference over flash and java coding in terms of file size and speed.
Multi-column: Different number of columns used throughout the site give it a more simplified look.

Brent Amato is a well known and respected Christian speaker who focuses on training other teachers and leaders in the Christian community. Brent uses his website to promote his speaking abilities and conference products.

Features
eCommerce: A slick ecommerce shopping cart is integrated right into WordPress. The shopping cart checkout works directly with PayPal, making the collecting of funds easy and automatic.
Multimedia: Both video and audio multimedia are used on Brent’s website. The material is available to be heard but protected in a way that will not allow users to download material.
